  • Language: Entries must be in Hindi, English, Marathi, or have English subtitles if in any other language. 
  • Originality: Films must be original works created specifically for the competition. 
  • Technical Requirements: Films can be shot on any device, including professional cameras or smartphones, provided they meet submission standards. 
  • Ownership: The filmmakers must own the rights to all visual and audio content used in their films. 
  • Submission: Entries must be submitted through the official MAMI Mumbai Film Festival website before the deadline. 
  • Late Entries: Submissions past the deadline will not be accepted.

Winning the Dimensions Mumbai competition is a prestigious achievement, bringing significant rewards:

  • Dimensions Mumbai Gold Award: Includes a trophy and a cash prize of INR 1,00,000 for the director(s). 
  • Dimensions Mumbai Silver Award: Includes a trophy and a cash prize of INR 50,000 for the director(s).
